Devils Gulch Ranch is a diversified family farm operating out of West Marin County, CA since 1971, raising meat animals for high end restaurants in the bay area and local farmer’s markets. We currently raise pigs, sheep, goats, rabbits, chickens, pigeons, livestock guardian dogs alongside growing premium wine-grapes and running a YMCA summer camp program. Ideally located off the beaten path in a beautiful country setting with no shortage of baby animals. Not your typical office job.

Current employees are going back to school so we’re looking for an applicant for the following position:

Full time Farm Office/Sales Manager: The position involves receiving and organizing orders for delivery, shipping, sorting inventory, accounts payable/accounts receivable, collections, invoicing, answering phones. You would also be likely to assist in overseeing our social media, sending out newsletters and promotional emails, and advertisement.

Requirements:

· Observant and attention to detail

· Fluent in English

· Willing to be a part of a team

· Proficient with MS Word and Excel

· Familiar with Quickbooks

· Able to work sober

· Love of farming

· Able to work long hours in variable conditions

· Must be a licensed driver
